Terms of Service

1. Who we are

Doji Doggo is a product operated by Yogesha M J, a sole proprietor operating as Doji Doggo (“Doji Doggo,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). We provide software for trade planning, journaling, strategy documentation, chart-data autofill, and rule-alignment reviews. Contact us at yogi@dojidoggo.com.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a contract. You must provide accurate account information, protect access to your Google account and devices, and promptly notify us if you suspect unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity performed through your account.

3. Plans and trials

• Free: manual planning and journaling with up to 100 records stored locally on your device.
• Pro: an annual paid plan with up to two strategies, 100 graded setups per month, cloud records, autofill, and weekly reviews.

Trials are request-only and begin after administrator approval. Any signed-in user may request one one-month Pro trial, limited to one strategy and 3 graded setups per day. A trial does not create a separate subscription or charge; when it ends, the account returns to Free unless another paid entitlement applies.

4. Payments and renewal

Paid subscriptions are sold and processed by Paddle, our merchant of record and authorized reseller. Prices are displayed before checkout and may include applicable taxes. Annual subscriptions renew automatically for another annual term until canceled. Paddle’s buyer terms also apply to the payment transaction.

You authorize Paddle to charge the payment method selected at checkout for the initial term and renewals. If we change a renewal price, notice and consent will be handled where required by law.

5. Financial and AI disclaimer

Doji Doggo does not provide financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. Scores describe visible alignment with rules supplied by the user; they do not predict profit, probability, price movement, or suitability of a trade.

AI and image-reading output can be incomplete, delayed, or wrong. You must independently verify extracted prices, strategy matches, calculations, and decisions before acting. Trading and investing can result in substantial or total loss. You alone are responsible for your trades and risk controls.

6. Acceptable use

You may not misuse the service, bypass limits or access controls, probe or disrupt systems, upload unlawful or malicious material, infringe another person’s rights, resell access without permission, automate abusive traffic, or use the service for unlawful financial activity. We may suspend access needed to protect users, the service, or comply with law.

7. Your content

You retain ownership of journal entries, screenshots, strategies, and other content you provide. You grant us a limited, worldwide license to host, process, reproduce, transmit, and analyze that content only as needed to provide, secure, support, and improve the service. You confirm that you have the right to upload it.

8. Our service and intellectual property

Doji Doggo, its design, software, branding, and original content are owned by or licensed to us. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, personal, revocable, non-transferable right to use the service. No ownership rights are transferred to you.

9. Availability and changes

We may update, improve, restrict, or discontinue features. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability. We will make reasonable efforts to communicate material changes that adversely affect a paid subscription.

10. Cancellation and termination

You may cancel a paid subscription through the Paddle buyer portal linked in your purchase or renewal email. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the current billing period. See our Cancellation & Refund Policy. You may stop using Free at any time and may request account deletion by contacting us.

11. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of profitability, accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We are not liable for trading losses, lost opportunities, indirect or consequential loss, loss caused by reliance on AI output, or loss of locally stored Free-plan records.

Where liability cannot be excluded, our aggregate liability relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid for Doji Doggo during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

12. Governing law and updates

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without limiting mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live. We may update these Terms and will post the revised date. Material changes will apply prospectively after reasonable notice where required.
