1. Controller and contact

Yogesha M J, operating as Doji Doggo, is the controller responsible for the personal data described in this Policy. Privacy questions and rights requests can be sent to yogi@dojidoggo.com.

2. Information we collect

Account and authentication

When you sign in with Google, we receive your Google account identifier and email address. We do not receive your Google password. We also process device identifiers, session tokens, browser or extension information, linked Telegram account and chat identifiers, and security logs.

Journal and strategy content

Depending on your plan and use, we process tickers, direction, entry and exit information, stops, targets, outcomes, notes, strategy rules, user-requested chart screenshots, grading results, and review history. Setup and confirmation screenshots used for trade grading are temporary inputs and are not retained in the trade journal; only the closure screenshot is stored with a journal trade. After a failed Telegram workflow, Telegram file identifiers may be retained temporarily so you can retry without re-uploading.

Usage and diagnostics

We process feature usage such as autofill and grading calls, plan limits, account creation dates, trade counts, and basic operational or error information needed to secure and improve the service.

Payments

Paddle collects payment and billing information as merchant of record. We receive transaction, customer, subscription, plan, status, renewal, and entitlement identifiers. We do not receive or store full card numbers.

3. How we use information

• Authenticate accounts and maintain secure sessions.
• Store and display journals, strategies, reviews, and closure screenshots.
• Provide chart autofill, grading, strategy interviews, and action plans.
• Apply plan access, trials, subscription status, and usage limits.
• Process support requests, prevent fraud and abuse, diagnose errors, and maintain service security.
• Understand aggregated product usage and improve reliability and user experience.
• Meet legal, tax, accounting, and regulatory obligations.

4. AI processing

When you use autofill or grading, relevant chart screenshots and prompts are sent to Google Gemini for processing. When Pro users build strategies or request weekly reviews, relevant strategy, conversation, screenshot, and trade-review data is processed by Google Gemini or Anthropic Claude according to the model selected by the administrator. Do not upload content you are not permitted to share.

Chrome Web Store Limited Use

Doji Doggo’s use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Chrome Web Store User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Extension data is used only to provide or improve the user-facing journaling, extraction, grading, review, authentication, security, and support features described in this Policy. It is not sold, used for advertising, or used to determine creditworthiness or for lending purposes.

5. Where information is stored

Free-plan journal records and images are stored locally in your browser or extension and are not automatically backed up by us. Clearing browser data or uninstalling the extension may permanently delete them.

Pro journal records are stored in our Cloudflare-backed database and images are stored in object storage. Authentication and entitlement information is stored server-side regardless of journal plan where needed to run your account.

6. When we share information

We share information only as needed with service providers acting for the purposes described above, including:

• Google: sign-in and Gemini AI processing.
• Anthropic: Claude AI processing when the administrator selects Claude.
• Telegram: bot messaging and user-requested screenshot delivery.
• Paddle: checkout, tax, invoicing, subscription management, fraud prevention, cancellations, and refunds.
• Cloudflare: application hosting, database, object storage, cache, delivery, and security.

We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect legal rights or safety, during a business transaction, or with your direction or consent. We do not sell your personal information.

7. Legal bases and international transfers

Where applicable, we process data to perform our contract with you, pursue legitimate interests in operating and securing the service, comply with legal obligations, and obtain consent where required. Providers may process data in countries other than yours using contractual and legal transfer safeguards appropriate to their services.

8. Retention

We retain account and paid cloud content while your account is active and as reasonably needed to provide the service. We may retain billing records, security logs, aggregated statistics, and records required by law after account closure. You may request deletion; some records may be preserved where legally required or necessary to establish or defend claims.

9. Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or objection to certain processing, and may withdraw consent where processing relies on consent. You may also complain to your local data-protection authority. Contact us from your account email so we can verify the request.

You can avoid AI processing by using manual entry and not invoking autofill, grading, or strategy interviews. You can manage or cancel a paid subscription through Paddle.

10. Security, children, and changes

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, including authenticated APIs, short-lived access tokens, access controls, and protected payment handling. No system is completely secure. Doji Doggo is not directed to anyone under 18.

We may update this Policy as the service or law changes. The current version and effective date will remain publicly available here.

11. Paddle privacy
