Cancellation & Refund Policy
Effective and last updated: 27 August 2026
Paddle is the merchant of record for paid Doji Doggo subscriptions. You can cancel at any time to prevent renewal. Refund eligibility and processing are handled through Paddle, subject to mandatory consumer rights.
1. Free and trial access
The Free plan has no subscription charge and requires no cancellation.
Trials are request-only and begin after administrator approval. Any signed-in user may request one month of Pro access, limited to one strategy and 3 graded setups per day. Trials do not create a separate subscription or charge. When a trial ends, the account returns to its previous eligible plan.
2. Paid annual subscriptions
Pro is an annual subscription processed by Paddle. Unless canceled, it automatically renews for another annual billing period and Paddle charges the payment method on file.
3. How to cancel
You may cancel at any time through the Manage subscription or View receipt link in your Paddle purchase or renewal email. You may also visit paddle.net and use Paddle Buyer Support.
Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period. You retain paid plan access until then and will not be charged for another renewal. Cancel before the renewal date to prevent the next annual charge.
4. Refund requests
Unless required by applicable law or approved under Paddle’s policy, transactions are generally non-refundable. Paddle reviews refund requests and issues approved refunds to the original payment method where possible.
Consumers in some jurisdictions may have statutory withdrawal or cooling-off rights. Paddle’s current policy describes, among other rights, a 14-day withdrawal period for eligible consumers and specific rules for trials, renewals, digital services, and countries. Mandatory consumer rights always apply.
To request a refund: use the receipt or subscription-management link in Paddle’s email, or visit Paddle Buyer Support and choose the refund option.
5. Technical problems
If a persistent technical problem materially prevents access to paid features, contact yogi@dojidoggo.com first with your account email and a description of the issue. We will try to resolve it. If it cannot be resolved, you may submit the issue and our response to Paddle as part of a refund request.
6. Downgrades and stored records
When paid access ends, your account returns to the plan you are then eligible to use. Existing cloud records above a lower plan’s limit may become read-only or unavailable for new additions. We will not intentionally delete paid cloud records immediately solely because of cancellation, but you should export important information before access changes.
7. Paddle policies
Purchases are also governed by Paddle Buyer Terms and Paddle’s Refund Policy. If this page conflicts with mandatory law or Paddle’s terms for the payment transaction, those requirements control.
